Terms & Conditions (Please Read)
By instructing us, you are accepting our Terms & Conditions.
The total amount of the tuition fee is payable within seven days from the date of the Invoice (unless otherwise agreed).
We understand & will exercise our statutory right to interest under the Late Payment Of Commercial Debts (interest) Act 1998 if we are not paid according to agreed credit Terms.
Interest will be charged from the day after the training date, calculated 7 days after invoice date to current date at 8% above bank rate.
Cancellations & Training Date Alterations - Should you cancel or change any training dates we will make the following charges:
a. 30 - 11 working days prior to the start of training = 50% of course fee
b. 10 - 0 working days prior to the start of training = 100% of course fee
Companies may substitute delegates prior to the start of the course without charge
Cryptic Peach reserves the right to cancel any course at any time if for any reason it becomes impossible to run on the required day. In the case of a cancellation, all delegates will be offered alternative dates, or a credit note, at the discretion of the management of Cryptic Peach Training.
Credit Notes are valid for 6 months from the date. Credit Notes issued by Cryptic Peach as a ‘good will’ gesture cannot be redeemed for cash and must be used in the time scale.
Cryptic Peach assumes no liability for expenses incurred due to course cancellations.
If you wish to pay by credit card, an additional 3% + VAT will be added to the invoice amount. Please speak to Cryptic Peach Accounts. Online bookings made via our website, are EXEMPT from the 3% charge.
Failure to pay for a course prior to the start date, or not agreeing any payment terms with Cryptic Peach may result in the delegate(s) being refused training.
Please note that only topics contained in the agenda will be covered on Scheduled courses.
Administration of the courses will require computerised records to be maintained. Attendance of a course implies acceptance of this by the individual and the company and may be used for marketing purposes.
Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate delegates with special needs, delegates are required to bring these to the attention of Cryptic Peach Training at the time of booking to ascertain that appropriate facilities are available.
Any data, programs, images, illustrations, computer files or other material in whatever format used on the course shall remain the property of Cryptic Peach Training.
Unless otherwise stated, all courses will be conducted using the latest version of the software.
When the training takes place on site at your premises, you are required to provide lunch & refreshments for the duration of the course. Cryptic Peach cannot be held responsible for any loss of time due to insufficient facilities for onsite training.
If you use a Purchase Order number system, an order number must be quoted by you on the Booking Form upon submission failing which we shall assume that one is not required, and that payment will be made without a Purchase Order number.
At the end of your course, you will be provided with a manual. All scheduled course attendees will be presented with a Visual Quick Start (or similar) professional manual. Premium Customised course attendees benefit from an Amazon voucher up to £20 per delegate. These vouchers can be redeemed via our on line bookstore. In the event that a discount has been applied to the booking we reserve the right to supply only 1 manual or one voucher per course.
From time to time Cryptic Peach will use Partner locations across the UK. We accept no liability or responsibility for these centres.
