Cryptic Peach (Formerly MacPeople) Terms and Conditions
1. The total amount of the tuition fee is payable within seven days from the date of the Invoice (unless otherwise
agreed).
2. We understand & will exercise our statutory right to interest under the Late
Payment Of Commercial Debts (interest) Act 1998 if we are not paid according to agreed credit Terms.
3. Interest will be charged from the day after the training date, calculated 7 days after invoice date to current
date at 8% above bank rate.
4. Cancellations & Training Date Alterations - Should you cancel or change any training dates we will make the
following charges:
a. Greater than 10 working days = No charge
b. 5 - 9 working days = 40% of total invoice
c. 2 - 4 working days = 60% of total invoice
d. 48 hours or less = 100% of total invoice
5. Companies may substitute delegates prior to the start of the course without charge
6. Cryptic Peach reserves the right to cancel any course at any time if for any reason it becomes impossible to
run on the required day due to insufficient numbers. Scheduled courses may also be cancelled up to 48 hours
before the start of a course if there are insufficient delegates attending. In the case of a cancellation, all
delegates will be offered alternative dates, or a credit note, at the discretion of the management of Cryptic Peach
Digital Training.
7. Credit Notes are valid for 6 months from the date. Credit Notes issued as by Cryptic Peach as a ‘good will’
gesture cannot be redeemed for cash and must be used in the time scale.
8. Cryptic Peach assumes no liability for expenses incurred due to course cancellations
9. Delegate Certificates will only be issued upon return of the Post Course Critique issued at the end of the
course.
10. When available, each course will provide a handout solely for the use of the delegate that attended the
course. When a hand out is not available, Cryptic Peach Digital Training may offer ONE commercial book per
Company, relevant to the subject being taught.
11. Administration of the courses will require computerised records to be maintained. Attendance of a course
implies acceptance of this by the individual and the company and may be used for marketing purposes.
12. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate delegates with special needs, delegates are required to
bring these to the attention of Cryptic Peach Digital Training at the time of booking to ascertain that appropriate
facilities are available.
13. Any data, programs, images, illustrations, computer files or other material in whatever format used on the
course shall remain the property of Cryptic Peach Digital Training.
14. When the training takes place on site at the client premises, a travel or onsite charge will be made as
indicated on the course booking form. The Client is to provide refreshments for the duration of the course.
15. Unless otherwise stated, all courses will be conducted using the latest software. 16. Cryptic Peach Digital
Training cannot be held responsible for any loss of time due to insufficient facilities for onsite training. A full list
of onsite training requirements is available upon request.
